2005-03-12 - 2:05 p.m. With Nikki standing beside me I figured we stood a shot at winning this; with Nikki having my fighting knowledge and me having her witchcraft knowledge I knew we were going to win this. When she pulled her hand away from me she staggered back a little, but quickly regained her balance. She had this very confused look on her face but seemed to be all right. "You and I have some things to talk about once we get Amy and get out of here." "What about saving Mary?" I asked. "Yeah, what about saving Mary?" Mary giggled from her place next to Cyrus. "Mary is officially one of lowest priorities right now. First we get out of here, then we find Amy, Steph, and Parker, and then we try to save Mary. But as it looks right now Mary doesn't really want to be saved." "Your little witch is right, Seven. Mary doesn't want to be saved. She is very happy where she is." Cyrus said, pulling Mary closer to him. "You've got her brainwashed. She doesn't know what she wants." "And right now neither do you, Seven. We'll deal with that when we come to it, now just calm the hell down and think about getting out of here." "You're right. So let's do this." Just as I was about to attack Vlad the building began to shake. Not just like it was an old building in a heavy wind, but shake like something was ramming into it. I slowly turned from Vlad and Olso to see what was going on behind me because they both began to step away from me. The wall behind me was cracking and falling down like there was a battering ram on the other side of it. I moved towards Nikki and began moving us away from the wall. I timed our steps to coincide with strikes against the wall so everyone would be too busy trying to keep their balance to notice us. After about the fifth strike against the wall I had backed us into something solid. I figured it was just a column holding up the ceiling, but when I turned my head it turned out to be Ashe; his long stringy hair flying around him, heat emanating from his body. His body changed his anger or frustration at what was going on into heat. He grunted when I bumped into him, but didn't say anything; he barely acknowledged my presence. Lily was standing next to him and looked frightened. The whole group of them looked frightened. Nikki and Mary even looked frightened. Something was coming through that wall that I couldn't see or feel. I leaned over and whispered into Nikki's ear, "What's going on? What's coming through the wall?" "It's The Priest. It's a little something he and I cooked up while you were in Dreamspace. Just go with it and when I start running just follow me."
